You can request deletion without installing BOL. Email from the Google address associated with your BOL account. For a guest, ask support for secure ownership verification; never send access tokens.
In-app alternative
- Open BOL Settings and your account section.
- Choose Delete BOL server account.
- Read/confirm. If a connection error prevents completion, retry or contact support.
Deleted from BOL
BOL/Firebase server identity, BOL entitlement linkage/application job records, retained completed transcripts and associated temporary processing objects. Ownership is verified for emailed requests. A record may be retained only for an independent legal/dispute/security obligation, which we will explain.
Your own copies remain
This request does not delete device recordings/transcripts/exports or your Drive BOL Data folder. Remove those yourself if desired. Recipients’ exports and independent provider records are outside BOL’s direct deletion control. Disconnecting Drive does not delete its files.
Cancel renewal separately
Use Google Play subscription management if subscribed; account deletion alone does not cancel billing.
For data-only deletion, email the same address and identify the BOL-controlled records. Normal restricted transcript retention is 30 days; you may request earlier deletion.
