Report a problem
Include app version, Android version, device model and the failing feature. Do not send keys, passwords, payment credentials or private recordings unless specifically requested and you choose to share them. Most connection issues do not need your transcript.
Account and subscriptions
Request server-account/data deletion. Device and Drive copies remain yours. Payments and cancellation are managed through Google Play subscriptions when enabled. Account deletion does not itself cancel renewal.
Recording and AI
Grant microphone permission only for recording. Stop capture through the app, keyboard or Android ongoing notification. Review AI output before use; BOL is not an emergency or high-stakes service.
